OUR SERVICES

Supports available for Employees

From claiming funding from plans, to providing individual support and supervision at work, Employees have access to support services including.

Assessments Related to Employment

Exploring the impacts of their disability on their capability to work, wage assessments and exploring ways to make work accessible.

Customised Work Environment

Relating to their disability, including custom built chairs, modified tasks, use of specialised equipment, visual aids and support work.

On the Job Training

Improving workplace knowledge, learning rights as individuals and employees, building new skills and capabilities to progress in the role.

Supervision & Participation

Direct supervision and group-based support to ensure meaningful participation at work. Including 1:1 support to build confidence at work.

Individual Support

Addressing any barriers a person may experience due to their disability to ensure that they can maintain their employment.

While choosing an Employment Provider as a NDIS Participant, some things that’ll help early on in your decision include.

What kind of work?

What work environment am I interested in? Which Enterprises is nearest to me? Am I willing to travel further other Enterprises?

Can I meet the hours?

Will I be able to meet the minimum number of hours required for the site I’m interested in?

Do I have funding?

Is Finding or Keeping a Job included in my plan? Can I add it onto my plan?

Willing to participate?

Maintaining a job requires time and effort from all parties, are you willing to actively participate in your employment?
