Depends what Services you are referring to.

If you’re joining us for Support in Employment as a NDIS Participant, or as a School Leaver using NDIS Funding, we’ll claim money from your Capacity Building or Core Funding from your NDIS Plan according to the frequency and intensity of services given. We’ll explain this whole process to you in your initial meetings with us.

Yes! Whether you are coming to us through a recommendation from Centrelink, wanting to change providers, you always have choice and control in who your provider will be.

Yes, again it’s dependent on what Employment Pathway you participate in. You’ll be required to attend your appointments, participate in employment for a certain number of hours per fortnight. We’ll explain all of these to you at your commencement.

Again, this depends on what stream you are entering, but you need to be of the legal age of employment for your state. While there is no minimum working age in South Australia, we support people from the age of 14 (for School Leaver Employment), up until their eligibility for the Aged Pension.

Short Answer: As long as you need!

The longer answer: It depends on the Employment Program you enter.

For NDIS Employment, you can stay in your role with us until you are ready to move into new opportunities (we’ve had employees part of our team for upwards of 30 years!).

For School Leavers, you can be a part of the School Leaver specific programs for up to two years, before transitioning into one of our other employment programs –  Open Employment or NDIS Employment Supports.
